not always easy to get the help and assistance you need for a
specific issue. Now with SIM Personal Relationship Coaching, using
the Stellar Communication Competence™ approach, you can get the help
you need almost immediately. We offer individual or couple
resolution sessions. Don't struggle and fret. Make your appointment
and get things solved quickly. With SIM Personal Relationship
Coaching, you can speak directly with a SIM
relationship/communication expert. You also have the option of an
email report to remind you of the key points discussed and
resolutions to follow.

Pricing:
Each Session is 30 minutes in duration from the
beginning of the call and is priced individually. For a second
person add 50%. For example, a $50 single person session would be
$75 for two.

Phone Coaching Session
Session Email Report option:
During your session, the coach can jot down notes
about your issue, keep track of resolution options and email you
this information along with any other suggestions that come to mind
once the session is over. This option is ideal because people
usually only retain 10% of the information presented. Additionally,
if the information is unconsciously miss-heard, the session may not
be as valuable as the session PLUS the Session Email Report option.

Email Coaching option:
If cash flow is an issue, you may wish to opt for
SIM Personal Relationship Email Coaching. Simply fill out the SIM
Email Coaching Form, make your payment, and wait for your resolution
by email. One of our SIM Personal Relationship Coaches will review
your issue (which you will explain in the form) and email you with
the various options to resolve your issue. Should the issue require
a phone coaching session, your Email Coaching Fee will be applied to
your Phone Coaching Fee or you can request a refund.

Coaching appointment schedule:
Once you fill out the SIM
Phone Coaching form and it has been reviewed (please give us up to
72 hours) one of our coaches will contact you via email or phone to
schedule a mutually suitable time and date for the coaching session.

Pre-session Questions:
If you have additional questions regarding any SIM coaching option,

Post-session Questions:
After you have completed your coaching session, you may have
additional questions for the coach. One brief follow-up email is
included with each phone session. Email

and put the name of the coach in the "subject" area of the email.
Emails will be answers as promptly as possible. Coaches do not work
on weekends. Any second emails will not be handled and you will
receive a notice to submit your question via our SIM Email Coaching
form.
Any second or additional
email post-session follow-up question(s) will be handled via the
Email Coaching Session Form (see above). Fill out the form, add your
question in detail submit the form, pay the fee and you will receive
an email response to your question within a reasonable time.
Package
Discounts:
Some people need more than one session, but try to keep their output
down by squeezing everything into one session and one follow-up
email. While this may work for a single, uncomplicated issue, this
usually does not work for multiple or complex issues. Please
purchase the appropriate package initially. The discounted nature of
the package sessions should be seriously considered prior to
registration. Thirty minutes is fine for some minor issues, but
other issues may require more time and consideration. We are here to
help you resolve disputes and gain a better understand about
communication. Please give us the appropriate time allotment to
achieve these goals.
Refunds:
Refunds will be offered to anyone who does not use the coaching
session paid for whether it is phone or email coaching. All coaching
sessions will be recorded. No refunds will be made for
dissatisfaction or inability to resolve an issue. Some issues are
impossible to solve, but if the time and energy has been spent on
the issue by the coach, no refund is in order. The client may wish
to purchase additional sessions if one session was not adequate.
