Singles In Motion.com and Rapid Romances Encounters® (herein as "us" and "we") recognize that Participants, Mailing List Subscribers and Web Site Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as its "Users", "You" and "Your") may have expectations beyond the scope of our business model. Therefore, within this disclaimer we will set out what should be and should not be expected, along with additional information that may clear any misconceptions or erroneous expectations.

Rapid Romance Encounters® Concept
The Rapid Romance Encounter's goal is to provide a social channel for single people to meet, network, and circulate in a relaxed, safe, fun event using an organized meeting concept. Rapid Romance Encounters® is not a dating service or matchmaking service Although we do attempt to pre-match each participant prior to each event we offer no guarantee that any participant will find a match at any event. We do guarantee that each event will have a minimum of six male and six female participants. Anything less than that please see our refund policy.

Rapid Romance Encounters® reserves the right to accept or decline any members or participants.

Indemnification By Member And Participant
Individuals who participate in and communicate through the Singles In Motion.com website or Rapid Romance Encounters® events does so at his/her own risk. The Rapid Romance Encounters® shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any third party person or persons. Since our websites offers a free service for posting singles events, posts on our website are not screened. Individuals who post on our site, who register for an event or who volunteer at our events are not screened for criminal backgrounds, bankruptcies or other. See our self-protection page. When registering for an event, every participant should take every precaution to avoid giving out contact information to strangers. All participants waive any and all claims they or their heirs may believe they have against Rapid Romance Encounters®; it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees.

Rapid Romance Encounters® reserves the right to decline the scheduling of any individual for any future engagements, events hosted by, or affiliated with Rapid Romance Encounter® for any reason without written notice.

No Background Checks on Participants
Rapid Romance Encounters® has NOT conducted background checks on any of the individuals participating in our events. Therefore, Rapid Romance Encounters® is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any action or any negative outcome that results from a participant attending any of the Rapid Romance Encounters® events or programs. Each participant at any of Rapid Romance Encounters®' events or functions indemnifies Rapid Romance Encounters®, Singles in Motion.com, Rapid Romance.com and/or American Singles Concepts, Inc, participating facilities, it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees from any claim or liability. Rapid Romance Encounters® does not guarantee in any way the type or character of individuals that the participants may meet at any of the Rapid Romance Encounters®' events, programs, or functions. 

Self Protection
Rapid Romance Encounters® does not screen the members registering for services or events offered by Rapid Romance Encounters® in any way. As a result Rapid Romance Encounters® will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of any service we offer, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via an event produced by us. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort. Rapid Romance Encounters® asks all prospective participants if they are single, but no verification is required. Therefore, Rapid Romance Encounters® is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their identity, marital status, preference and general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any participant prior to being alone with any individual. Please see our self-protection suggestions.

Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled or moved for any reason by the Rapid Romance Encounters® event management team, participants registered for said event will reschedule their attendance to the rescheduled event date or accept a RAIN CHECK as outlined in our cancellation/refund policy.

Communications Disclosure
Rapid Romance Encounters® reserves the right to make minor changes to events without giving notice to members or scheduled participants. Minor changes may include change in seating arrangements, presentation materials, event description information, combination of age groups, or presentation. The accuracy of age groups is not controlled by registration and is left to registering participants.

Rapid Romance Encounter® will provide by email all registered and paid participants notice of major changes to their scheduled event, including, change of location or venue, date rescheduling, event postponement, event cancellation, and event start times, 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled event. It is imperative that all members keep his/her email address current and up to date.

Guarantee Policy
Rapid Romance Encounters® Minimum Turnout Guarantee
Knowing how important numbers are to a speed dating event and more importantly, your success and enjoyment, we make every effort to pre-fill each event. This is one reason we don't accept payments at-the-door. In the case that one of our pre-scheduled speed dating events has someone who doesn't show up or cancels due to a medical emergency, bad weather, etc. we don't expect our reliable customers to suffer so we provide this assurance that you will be satisfied. If a Rapid Romance Encounters® event ever has five or fewer pairs or five or fewer of one gender, you will receive onsite a certificate good for a free future Rapid Romance Encounters® event of your choice. Just enter your code # when registering at your convenience.

Event Variation Of Service Product
Some, not all, events will cater appetizers, snacks or wrapped goodies or beverages to participants. All events will have free water service. Although every effort is made to produce a welcoming and enjoyable experience, Rapid Romance Encounters® events are not designed to meet any paid participant's speculations or perceived notions of how events operate or are conducted. Additionally, Rapid Romance Encounters® nor any of its affiliates can be held responsible for the happiness and/or dissatisfaction regarding event services or presentation by a participating individual. No demands for monetary claims, refunds, or reimbursements will be accepted in such case. Events are considered "complete" and "successful" based upon the concept created by Rapid Romance Encounters® and not based on any individual participant opinion. Rapid Romance Encounters®, participating facilities, it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees will not acknowledge, nor pay or refund any money based on any participant complaint, unless the event is not held at all. As long as the event is organized and produced on the scheduled date and time of the event as listed in the schedule, is hosted and has participants exceeding five of each sex, and is carried out within the confines of the stated times and concepts, the event is considered a success. The success of an event has nothing to do with and is not dependant on each participant finding love or even a match. No promises have been made concerning guarantees of successful matching since it is only the participants themselves who can determine chemistry. Once a participant has participated in an event, the service product has been delivered in full and is thus non-returnable.

Disclaimer Of Warranty
Rapid Romance Encounters®  provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, or by any communication with Rapid Romance Encounters® or its representatives, participating facilities, it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees or otherwise with respect to the service. Rapid Romance Encounters® specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rapid Romance Encounters® does not warrant that your use of the Rapid Romance Encounters® or Singles in Motion.com service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. Rapid Romance Encounters® and Singles in Motion.com, along with participating facilities, it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity, availability, matching success, or resulting dates.

Limitation of liability
In no event will Rapid Romance Encounters® be liable to any participant for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use Singles in Motion.com website even if Singles In Motion.com or Rapid Romance Encounters® or its agents, representatives it's owners, managers, partners, independent contractors, subsidiaries, sponsors, licensed RRE Business Owners, affiliates and employees know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Singles in Motion.com and Rapid Romance Encounters®' liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Rapid Romance Encounters® for the service.
