recognize that respecting Participants,
Mailing List Subscribers and Web Site Users (hereinafter

utmost importance. We do not collect any personal information

created as an events services company providing participants
with a way to meet each other, in person, in a social
atmosphere. As our business grows we may or may not add an
online dating service. If we do, this same Privacy Statement
will apply to all our sites and venture, with changes and
alterations expected as time and necessity dictate. In order to
register participants for
Rapid Romances Encounters®
events, and to register user accounts
for Singles In Motion.com,
we collect personal and other information online as part of the
registration process. The information you provide, whether by
selecting from a set of questions or typing in answers is
voluntary.

Since Singles In Motion.com is a site offering free event
posting and searching, and since Singles In Motion.com
has no control over the information you share during posting
activities, Singles In Motion.com disclaims any outcome
related to such postings or your participation in any posted

In Motion.com web site you
automatically agree to: (1) have e-mails sent to you to notify
you of new offers; (2) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of
upcoming Rapid Romances
Encounters® events; (3) have e-mails
sent to you to notify you of your event matches; (4) have
e-mails sent to you by any one or more of our licensed RRE
Business Owners, our partners or our sponsors to notify you of
other related information. You may, at any time, "opt out"
of any of these by unsubscribing to our service.
Identifying Information
In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are
or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the
Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process
an order, offer services that require registration and placement, assist you with
technical support issues or to follow up with you. This is
information that personally identifies you to others and
includes, but is not limited to, your full name, address, phone
number, email address, preferences and billing information which
may include your credit card information used to process your
order, subscription, online dating or event registration. You
may use the website to search for events without entering any
information. We ask each person using the site to register in
order to track usage and sell advertising space to advertisers.

event, or for any other reason, your information is added to our

upcoming offers or events.

events are run by us together with our licensed local RRE
Business Owners, partners and sponsors . We offer
businesses the opportunity to sponsor our free website and
special events by placing advertising on our web site and
in our email newsletter. By registering for an event and/or
posting your profile information you give us your
permission to provide your name, age, gender and e-mail address
to any of our licensed RRE Business Owners, partners
and/or sponsors. We will use our best efforts to assure that our
RRE licensed Business Owners, partners and sponsors
use the information provided to them solely for their own
business purposes and do not disseminate this information to any
other persons. However, we cannot guarantee any third
party compliance with these provisions.
Singles In Motion.com
and Rapid Romances Encounters® has
no control over the use of your information by any licensed RRE
Business Owner, partner or sponsor after it has been provided to
them. In the event that you do not want us to provide this
personal information to any other business, as stated above, you
must contact us by email at
privacy@singlesinmotion.com and
request that your information be removed from our database.
After we have removed your information (which may take up to six
weeks from receipt of your request) we will not provide such
information to any further licensed RRE Business Owners,
partners or sponsors. With respect to the removal of your
information from the databases of any licensed RRE Business
Owners, partners or sponsors to whom we previously
provided your information, you must contact those businesses
directly in order to remove such information.
Required Disclosure of Information
In addition to the other circumstances
expressed herein, Singles In Motion.com may disclose
information provided by you through our website or by phone, fax
or mail, if required to do so by law, court order, as requested
by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good
faith belief that disclosure is otherwise crucial or prudent
including, without limitation, to protect our site rights, logos
or properties or when we have reason to believe that disclosing
the information is required to contact, identify, or bring
legal action against someone who may be causing an impediment of
our rights or properties, whether with intention or not , or
when any third party could be harmed by such activities.
Spread the Word
Anyone using the Singles In
Motion.com website is given the opportunity to tell
friends about the free event posting and searching or our speed
dating experience by providing us, online, with their friends'
names and e-mail addresses. We will use this information to send
an e-mail to these friends with information on Rapid Romance
Encounters®. We will only send these friends two follow-up
emails after which we will not maintain their information
in our database, unless they register with us.
Business Acquisitions and Transfers
As we continue to develop and expand our business, we
might sell or buy business assets. In such transactions, client
information generally is one of the transferred business assets.
Also, in the event that Singles In Motion.com or Rapid
Romance Encounters®, or substantially all of its assets are
acquired, information on all of members and users of any or all
of our services, including new services and websites that may
not be listed herein that is in our database will be one

participants and Singles In Motion.com site
visitors is very valuable to us. We appreciate and depend on the
information and answers you give to us through online and
off-line surveys. In conducting these surveys, we may ask for
your name, address, and/or email address so that we can identify
you. This feedback will be aggregated and used to make
improvements to our business entities and to improve our
services and general offerings. Participation in surveys

The Singles In Motion.com On-line Store
is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying
information. If you choose, you can set up an account. This will
allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and
to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, we have
designed the Sites to include certain steps to verify your identity
before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections in
an account. You will always have access to this account information
and can view it, update it or correct it at any time. To access

When purchasing products through the our website,

we will use a feature on your web browser to send your computer
a "cookie". We do not use cookies to retrieve any personal information
from your computer. We only use cookies to learn ways to enhance
our Sites, and to give you better, more personalized service while

or indicate when a cookie is sent. However, some functions of the
Sites will not function if you refuse cookies. These areas of our

to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under
the age of 18. The vast majority of the material on our web site
is not intended for children and is not targeted to children under

if we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we
will remove this information from our database.

information via Singles In Motion.com website, we do our
utmost to protect your information both online
and offline. The information resides within a controlled and
secure infrastructure however, due to the nature of the
internet, hackers and internet theft we cannot guarantee

claim is made as to the impenetrability of our system under
unusual circumstance or its resilience to future attacks.

a capacity which requires them to see your information, such as
those who work in pre-matching for a Rapid Romance
Encounters® event and/or independent contractors who require

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use
one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies -
PayPal. If you choose to use a

be given to Singles In Motion.com.

monitor our website for the purpose of reporting web
traffic, statistics, advertisement 'clicks', and/or other
activities on our site. Where authorized by us, Overture may use

compile anonymous statistics on our website visitors. No
